Real estate has always been my passion even though I started out as a Farmers Insurance Agent at the end of my Senior year of High School. I grew up outside Yellowstone Park and it was an amazing experience to enjoy the incredible beauty of Montana.

I added Real Estate to my Insurance Business in 2000, within my first two years I became a Broker and started my own Brokerage. I expanded my Insurance and Real Estate across the State and added 2 additional locations for several years. Business boomed and then crashed in Montana as it did everywhere else. I found myself and my family shifting our business to Flathead Lake and retiring from Insurance. We purchased a small coffee business and grew it to four locations over the next several years. As Real Estate shifted again, I added Property Management to my portfolio and further expanded my business again.

As life changes, my kids grew up and winters got colder and the snow got deeper I decided to pursue my dream of moving South for the winter - little did I know what God had in store for me. I found myself moving to Las Vegas in the Spring of 2017. I became the Corporate Broker for Keller Williams and after several months decided I wanted to build my own team and moved my business to EXP and grew my team to 14 and was the Broker for an additional team in the Henderson area. As we all know opportunities arise in this ever changing business and I was asked to become the Managing Broker for Signature Real Estate Group - this was a great opportunity to be able to grow their company and still feel as if I had my own company. I brought 150 agents to work with us and build their businesses with me. I was given the honor of the office of the year just before the crisis hit. As we all know the crazy situation this put all of our lives in, I too was laid off. It was at this time I really felt that I needed to be self sufficient for myself and my daughter. It was with the encouragement of the gentlemen and ladies you will find as our founding members and partners that helped me put together a dream I have had for some time. To build a company like no other - to help agents be successful in their careers, to be able to teach, coach and train new agents so that their success is our success. To help the families of Las Vegas and Henderson realize and maintain the dream of homeownership.
